An evening of movement, music and dedication to self.

The triad is considered the most stable of forms. Like a triangle, we are composed of three, mind, body and heart. When each aspect of self is nurtured we feel most balanced and stable.

Join Jillian, Melissa and Elani for a movement experience designed to nurture the three aspects of self. We will first spend time defining and identifying D E S I R E. What is it... how do we tap into our own... and are we allocating time for TRUE desire? We will then move through the physical with a strength training workout and yoga practice. The physical practice concludes with a guided meditation where dedications to self for personal and professional desire are defined.

We will cap off the night with WTR MNL WTR cocktails!

Part 1, April 5th, 7-8:30pm will be led by our dear homie and local Life and Business Coach, 
Elani Engelken will lead the first session which focuses on mental and emotional clutter. You know, dat baggage?! 
These are past fears, limiting beliefs, and future anxieties.
We'll use energy release, group discussion and meditation to leave you feeling CLEAR about who you are and what you seek. 

Head Space- check.
Now your physical space. 
In order to achieve "Organizational Happiness", you guys this is a legit THING, you must focus your physical organization around your mental.

Part 2, April 12th, 7-8:30pm is led by Rhythm Revolution Teacher Jenna Dornseif. Also the owner of Synced Spaces, Jenna is a Professional Organizer and Productivity coach who centers her work around helping people live with more ease in their surroundings. She'll focus on what exactly "Organizational Happiness" is and how to achieve it.

Discussion topics:
1. Organizational Happiness- 
Why it is different for everyone and how you should approach it? 

2. How to get yourself set up for spring cleaning success, and maintain it going forward 

3. Problem areas and mental blocks to overcome.

Next we will take a look inward to indentify our individual gaps, and then find ways to implement tools in our daily lives to create stability and balance.

UCHealth's Jessica Pettigrew will be joining as a special guest of The Triad. Maintaining an active lifestyle requires knowledge around care for your bones, joints and muscles. Jessica will address the role calcium and Vitamin D play in bone health and how lifestyle and nutrition affect your risk for bone damage later in life.
We will cap off the night with delicious food from Just Be Kitchen.

What you focus on expands... Join us in clearing out limiting thoughts and beliefs to create space for what you want. Manifest will consist of a 45-minute mindset conversation and vision meditation to clarify what you are asking for. Then we will move into vision boarding over wine and great music! This workshop will be held in the beautiful Rhythm Revolution space on East Colfax and tickets for this event are just $20. 

What to bring?

  • Yourself, duh!
  • and a friend? (everything is more fun with friends)
  • any magazines or images you may want to add to your vision board

Denver's best has teamed up to bring you one memorable event! The second bi-annual "McNichols Fit Fest" has inclusivity, movement, music and community at the forefront and highlights some of Denver's top studios and instructors.

1 pass = 3 day ALL inclusive weekend. Join us for a full docket of all things health and wellness: cycle, barre, high intensity fitness, Palango (latin cardio toning), yoga, meditation, workshops and a full vendor village. And don't worry, we've got the kids covered too! A mini kids camp filled with activities will be hosted by Arts and Minds

I will be leading Vinyasa and Visioning with Lora McKelvy on Saturday at 11am. Join us for vinyasa and meditation as an access to gain clarity on your purpose, practice and way of being in the world!
